At Vegan Toys, we take pride in providing high-quality, body-safe products designed to enhance your personal wellness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging, you may be eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vegantoys.co.uk with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing flaw, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@vegantoys.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer one of the following resolutions:

1. Replacement: If the item is found to be defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Refund: If you prefer a refund, the item must be returned to us for inspection before a refund is processed. Once we receive and verify the defect, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used or damaged due to improper care or handling.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Any used or opened products

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

• Change-of-mind purchases

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
