What kind of packaging do my products come in?
Every order will be shipped in a plain parcel without a hint of what is contained inside, so you can shop with confidence knowing your order will only be seen by its intended recipient(s).
Do you accept returns?

Are all your products vegan?
All our products are vegan, they do not contain any animal or products.
What kind of batteries does your toys take?
The majority of our toys are AAA however please refer to individual product description for confirmation as some are rechargeable (magnetic charger included)
I've replaced the batteries and my bullet vibrator still doesn't work, what do I do?
The most common cause of vibrator malfunction is due to the plastic insulation sleeve being misplaced or removed. Please ensure the sleeve sits 90 degrees from the copper coil. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact email@example.com
